You have the possibility to choose from the following payment methods, dependent upon the event and the period of order, in the oeticket Webshop:
CREDIT CARD
The payment takes place over the parent company CTS Eventim AG, Contrescarpe 75a, 28195 Bremen / Germany.
Your credit card will be debited with the open amount.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Buyer and credit card owner need to be the same person. Purchases without matching data may be cancelled even without prior notification (amount will automatically be refunded, ticket reservation will expire)
PREPAYMENT
The complete amount needs to be paid within ONE WEEK free of costs for payee into our account. NOTE: In case we receive the amount not within the requested time on our account we can not guarantee to keep up your reservation.

DIRECT DEBIT
Premise for using direct debit is giving your account data with an austrian bank. By terminating your order you grant us the permission to debit the open amount from your account. Your account will be debited right after your order. The tickets will be sent respectively can be picked up only 7 days later (as the bank may re-call the amount transferred within 5 working days in case incorrect information was given).
NOTE: Please double check your account data as you will have to cover all bank services charges when giving incorrect data.
EPS ONLINE-BANKING
If you are owner of an Internet-banking account in Austria, you are able to pay your tickets via eps in an absolutely safe and easy way via internet-banking
MOBILE PAYMENT
Pay your tickets easy-going with your mobilephone. The open amount, will be offset with your next mobile bill.
Attention: If you are no A1, Orange, T-Mobile or Telering contract costumer respectively have a Business contract, you have to create a paybox account.
CASH-TICKET
Cash-Ticket is a prepaid voucher that you can use to make payments on the internet. Simply buy a Cash-Ticket voucher from your local Tabaktrafik and use the PIN code to make payments online safely without giving bank account or credit card details.
